Career History
Brian started his career with Andersen Consulting in 1990 in the manufacturing, distribution and logistics practice. There he learned to deliver process and technology solutions from the ground up, as an application developer and business analyst. He was quickly promoted to team leadership roles and developed a passion for designing practical solutions to achieve clients' business objectives. After several years developing his consulting skill set, Brian was offered an industry position with one of the firm's clients, GEAR For Sports, a leading sportswear manufacturer, to develop and grow a new startup division and implement a new ERP system. During his tenure with GFS, Brian held roles as Operations Manager, ERP Project Manager and Director of IT. Brian brought a consulting approach to each of these roles and continued to develop process and technology solutions to help the company grow and become more profitable.

With a continued passion for the consulting industry, Brian returned to Andersen Consulting (Accenture) as a Senior Manager in the Retail Supply Chain Division, where he became a leading subject matter advisor in the areas of supply chain and operations solutions for retail clients; and an advisor on several Accenture venture capital initiatives. Brian founded Broadventure Management Group in 2001 to deliver specialized consulting services and exceptional value to clients, by offering 'big 4' services at local market rates.
